BEST FRIEND

She chose to be with me, without explanations, justification or conditions. She supported me when I needed and also rebuked when that was needed. When I was depressed, she spoke to me for hours. When I cried over phone, she stopped everything and  reached my place even before I knew how weak I had become. She is someone I could rely on. She is someone who thinks I can excel in whatever field I chose. She believes in my abilities and often tells me to do things that I deliberately ignore out of nervousness. She is my partner in crime yet she is like a sister I never had. For her I came before her family and that’s how she makes me realise that how blessed I am to find her, my best friend who is always there to share my joys and sorrows without expecting any returns.
