My Book - Poetry
I longed for that shadow,
boring his sudoric smell
strolling on the meadow.
in the silence of darkness
I looked through my window,
but why,oh! why no voice
whispers to me in echo?
Battling the inane changes
I am tired with wended time
nothing worldly holds for me
family,friends or a single dime
loving someone truly may be
was my biggest culpable crime
how I still wish to go back to
memories of my good old times.
Today when I sit and introspect,
I believe every heart at all breaks
life, fate and their mean games
touch our lives in the true sense.
still life continues to surprise us
lets us hope for positive outcomes
about my journey I can
only vouch words truly such
"I never expected..
Life would change so much!"
